The dual-mode design is a real game-changer—I can either roll in circles against a wall or just hold it steady and lean in hard on a knot. It stings exactly where it needs to, but that ache fades into relief after a few minutes.

I’ve been using it on my upper back after long days at the desk, and the firm pressure from holding it still against a knot really works—hurts a bit, but the relief afterward is worth it. The rotation technique takes some getting used to, but it’s a solid little tool for the price.

The dual-mode design is the real winner here—I can roll my shoulders against it on the floor or just pin it to the wall and lean in hard on my knots. It stings a bit at first, but that ache turns into a deep release within a couple of minutes.
