The rings are light enough to toss in a gym bag but sturdy underfoot, even on concrete. My group’s footwork drills feel way more organized now that everyone has a matching set. Exactly what we needed for agility work.

We've been using these rings every session for footwork drills, and they hold up great on the track and turf. The bright colors make them easy to spot, and 12 rings is just right for splitting the group into pairs.

The 12 rings give us plenty for split squads, and they hold up well on the gym floor during our agility circuits. My team’s footwork drills flow a lot smoother now that everyone has their own ring to work with.
